Lost and Found - How does it work?

Item Lost.

If you are the owner of a lost item, head to WaveOn.com and sign in with your e-mail and password.

Now you can select your lost item from the “My WaveOn Items” list.

Report as Lost.

In the upper left context menu of your lost item, the owner can select the “Report As Lost” feature and leave an optional message to the finder.

Finder.

Any finders will from now on see the alert message when they wave their phone on the lost item.

They can now include instructions where the item can be retrieved.

WaveOn will contact the item owner by e-mail with this information.

Returned.

Once the owner waves their phone again on the returned product, selecting “Product Returned” will reset the WaveOn experience to its normal state.
